Ali SLIDE Profile

Ali SLIDE is a slimline, high-performance range of inline aluminium sliding doors in accordance with PAS 24 security. This stylish, mid-range, sliding door has been designed to fit all budgets and is suitable for both domestic and commercial use.

Ali SLIDE is available as both a Standard version with a 79mm interlock and as a Slimline version with an interlock of just 50mm to give maximum daylight and uninterrupted views. Both versions use the same locking hardware.

Ali SLIDE doors have a polyamide thermal break to give impressive thermal efficiency with U values as low as 1.64 W/m2K and are fully weather tested.

Like our Ali VU windows and Ali FOLD doors, the most popular configurations of the Ali SLIDE door are available in pre-painted stock of 7016 Anthracite Grey and 9910 Hipca White.

Security

Security tested in accordance with PAS24: 2016, security hardware required. Q-Mark fully certified.

All aluminium sections are extruded using Aluminium Alloy 6060 or 6063 T6 to BS EN 755 part 9 2008 or BS EN 12020-2.
Polyamide thermal barriers are manufactured in accordance with PA66 GF25.
Gasket are manufactured in accordance with BS3734.

Ali SLIDE Profile inline door sections are typically available in two finishes...

Polyester Powder Coating to BS EN 12206-1: 2004 Part 1 - painted in-house. Surface finish at 40 microns standard, or enhanced to 60 microns for marine environments, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
Anodised finishes are to BS3897:1991 to a minimum of 25 microns (AA25), supplied in either satin or polished finish in a limited range of colours.

Ali SLIDE is constructed using mitred corners, joined with mechanical cleats; alignment chevrons assist in clean, accurate mitres.

A proprietary sealant is used on all metal joints in line with good practice.

Dual colour available

Our ALI products are available in a wide variety of standard or non-standard colours, including dual colour where you have a choice of the same colour inside and out. For commercial, choose from a full range of standard RAL colours and if you have a specific colour in mind, we can colour match for a bespoke solution.
